6 Inch UV Curing Light Battery Operated
This is a low intensity 356nm windshield repair curing light for chip repairs. It is recommended to use two lights - one on each side of the injector to give uniform UV energy over the entire break area. This light has the highest lab test scores with chip repairs because it is low intensity and takes the resin from the gel state, to the bulk state and to the final hardening state over 2-3 minutes without needing distance modulation, pulse curing or spatial uniformity. This will prevent shrinkage stress inside the polymer matrix and internal tensile stress.
